    only okay

I recently purchased the watermelon cleansing balm. I love cleansing oils because they are so relaxing and calming to use (plus effective), but they are a pain to travel with, so I was looking for something in a tube. I like this, but it is only okay. The main concern is that my tube has little balls in it that take a while to dissolve and make this more like a scrub. I recognize that with most balms, you have to melt the product down a bit, but these are really stubborn. I reached out to Indeed Labs to see if this was intentional. Their response was that it is due to temperature changes. While this doesn’t affect the overall effectiveness of the product, it certainly effects the experience because I don’t enjoy the texture. Was expecting more for the price, and probably won’t repurchase.

One of the best balms I've tried

This balm will take off your makeup with ease. I mean lip, face, and even waterproof mascara with little to no pulling or tugging. It melts your make-up right off.
