Airless Pump
What is an airless pump?
An airless pump is the type of packaging that Indeed uses in our Retinol Reface.
How does it work?
Unlike a traditional pump that draws product up through a straw, an airless pump uses a disc at the bottom of the bottle to move the product up and out through the nozzle.
How to use?
If the product is not dispensing, gently pump for 1-2 minutes to properly prime the product until the formula is ready to be dispensed. Thicker formulas like creams and moisturizers will take more time to bring the product into the pump. Do not attempt to open the product or unscrew the cap as it will break the airless pump mechanism.

What are the benefits?
As the name implies, an airless pump does not let any outside air into the product, meaning that it is kept safe from outside microbial contamination, or other external factors that might make the formula less effective. It leaves very little wasted product in the bottle, so you can use every last drop. It’s also less bulky than a traditional pump, so there is less to be thrown out and more that can be recycled.
What are some things I should know about airless pumps?
Without the use of a straw, the pumping motion creates a vacuum effect that pushes up the disc and pushes out the product. Which is why it may take a few extra pumps to create the vacuum effect, and get your lotion out of the bottle. You should not open the pump, as that will break the vacuum system that makes an airless pump work.

Best retinol for beginners
I have been recently introduced by a friend to this product and so far, it' s been an amazing addition to my skincare routine! Around this time last year I started using the retinol reface product, and let me tell you! This is one of the first skin care products that I recognized real results. I suffer from extreme dry- sensitive skin, and unfortunately have had too many bad sunburns on my face. I' ve been using this every other night for about 5 weeks and my skin has pretty much completely adjusted to it. The first two to three weeks my skin got a bit irritated, bumpy, redness, but not as bad as when I tried another stronger retinol a few years back. This is a great retinol for someone just starting to use this ingredient. The pump doesn' t always work well. Sometimes you get product the first pump and sometimes it takes several pumps.

This is a skin resurfacer for fine lines and wrinkles. Well, I' m definitely in need of this type of product too! Retinol is one of my favorite ingredients. This product has a lotion consistency and feels very nice and light on the skin. It isn' t too thick. It also has a mild, fresh scent. I' m not sure if this retinol cream did much of anything or how effective it is. That being said, I replaced my regular skincare retinol with this item and I didn' t notice any problems resurfacing. Perhaps after using it a while longer, I will notice more of a difference. My only concern with this product is that it mentions that it is good for crow' s feet, however, it also has a warning to keep away from the eyes. This information can be a little confusing as most people associate crows' feet with the wrinkles around the eyes. I received this product free with #tryitwithtopbox for my honest review. I started using it every day. I absolutely am not a fan of the pump. The product doesn' t dispense easy from the pump depending on where the product is sitting in the tube. The product moves around inside the tube depending on how you' ve stored the product. It is quite annoying and in my opinion is the only negative about this product. Over time I could definitely see the changes in my deep wrinkles on my forehead and the elasticity improve all around. I was lucky to have the chance to try Indeed Labs Retinol Reface for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I used this every evening for 20 days and I have seen such a difference in my face. I used one tiny squeeze (a little goes a very long way) at night after I washed my face, it spreads easily and soaks in nicely without leaving a greasy or slimy feeling. It does have a chemically sort of smell that I' m not very fond of but it does instantly feel like my face is tighter and I feel so fresh in the morning. I have one crease on my forehead that I dread looking at that is probably 60% less noticeable now which makes me beyond happy. Very Gentle Retinol Cream!
I was given this as a #freeproduct from Top Box Circle, in exchange for my honest review. I was impressed that this retinol cream is fragrance-free, very light in texture and comes in a convenient pump dispenser. I use the cream at night time before bed, after applying the snoxin II serum. I have used this product for about 30 days, and I did notice some redness in the morning after the first few days, so I would adjust the product accordingly and add my own moisturizer to break it down a bit. My skin can be sensitive, especially in the winter, but this product is very gentle and can be used in moderation. I am beginning to notice my skin is more smooth and has a glow! I would recommend this to women with mature skin who have not yet tried a retinol product, as this one is very gentle indeed!

I received this product for free in exchange of a review. I don' t know if I like this product. The texture is light, not greasy, it smells like medicine, feels tacky upon application, and takes time to absorb into the skin. I use the retinol at night and use a sunscreen when going out since retinol makes my skin very sensitive. My skin was irritated and red after using the product for a few days. After 1 week of used, I had to discontinue using it because my skin was super red and very irritated. I would not recommend this if you have sensitive skin. You can purchase this product at the drugstore.

This Resurfacer & Intensive Wrinkle Repair skin is soft for someone who is not used to using retinol. I have used it in the past and I have relatively sensitive skin. It was causing me slight redness, but not as much as others I have used. I noticed that my skin is softer and more luminous after 1 month of use, but I do not necessarily notice any improvement in terms of wrinkles and fine lines or firmness. I did not have a dead skin effect which peeled which is a good thing, because it is not very elegant. It does not require a large amount and it is easily absorbed. The negative point is the packaging: the pump does not work well and the cap is continuously unscrewed. You have to pump several times before the product ends up coming out, which makes it tedious when you use it. Used in combination with other products, and for someone who has never used retinol or has very sensitive skin, it is a good product, but the packaging should be improved.

I' ve used the Retinol Reface every second night for 2 weeks, working my way up to every night for the last week to give my skin time to adjust. I' ve noticed a slight reduction in redness and fine lines. My skin feels much softer and smoother as I' ve been using this product. The pump tube makes it easy not to overuse the product. Helps fight fine lines
I was selected by Topbox to try several of the products from the Indeed brand. This was the product that I was most excited to try, as I have heard multiple dermatologists say that the only effective product to fight fine lines is retinol. I have only been using this product for 2 and a half weeks, so it is hard to speak to the final results, however as of right now I have nothing negative to say about this product. It applies smoothly and is not oily or greasy. A little bit goes a very long way and the scent is very minimal. It does not cause any irritation or burning which is also nice. I look forward to seeing the results of using retinol! #freeproduct

All around great retinol cream!
I received this product to test as part of the #trywithtopbox program. I have used retinol for years to combat fine lines and wrinkles. There is no question that not all retinol products are created the same. Some are very effective but will leave my skin irritated and peeling for days. Others feel nice on the skin but aren' t as effective and the packaging doesn' t make for one that would protect the integrity of the retinol (sun and air proof). You have to really do a trial and error approach to retinol and find what works for your skin. I found this product had everything I am looking for with a retinol. When using any retinol you have to make sure you are diligent about moisturizing and the same is true for this product but it didn' t irritate my skin or made it peel severely. I used this every other night and my lines looked smoother and more even after a few uses. If you are starting out with using retinol, this product is a great one to start with. Its effective, non-irritating and fragrance-free; great value as well!

I received this product from Topbox circle for my honest review. My goodness… let me start by saying this is the absolute best retinol treatment for sensitive skin. I have dry and sensitive skin and am very hesitant to try products with retinol. After 3 weeks, my skin tone is more even and the texture of my skin is smoother. Love the texture and the gentleness
I use retinol products off and on, but never for long periods (more than a couple days in a row) as I have sensitive skin and retinol can dry my skin out. Needless to say I was looking forward to trying a retinol derivative that might allow for everyday use (disclaimer: I was sent this product to try complimentary). I have been able to use it every day for the past couple of weeks without any adverse reactions. It even layers beautifully under other serums. I would highly recommend this product for anyone who wants the results of a retinol but their skin is unable to handle the potency.

Shocked at how much I love this!
I did not think I would like this product as much as I do. Within an hour of application, my skin felt so soft. In the winter I still need to put my night cream, but it changes your skin' s texture and people have remarked at how great my skin looks. Glowing, refreshed! I also notice it helps with redness, chills everything out. But definitely wear sunblock everyday, I mean we should anyway, my imperative to protect!

I had been wanting to start using a retinol product for a while, but my skin can be easily irritated so I wanted to ensure I started with something gentle. This is that product! I feel like it's doing a lot of work in the background, but it's formulated to be really gentle on your skin. I apply it, then wait 10-15 mins and then apply moisturizer. I haven't had any issue with dryness, redness, or flakiness. I'm on my second tube!

Noticing a great improvement
As a first time user I read the reviews on this product and thought I'd try it. I have been using this product for about a week now, firstly every other night, I also mixed this with a little moisturiser as advised when using retinol products for the first time. I am definitely noticing a great improvement of my skin tone and skin feels really soft, however, I seem to have started getting a headache at night, I didn't take much notice at first but each time I use this now the headache seems to appear. This is disappointing, and I am now wondering if I can now use anything with Retinol in?

Too soon to say as I've only used once but heard good things and I trust indeed labs. Questions however. Do I need to use SPF even stood in the window? Also, can I apply a spot treatment with salicylic and zinc on top of this? Are there any ingredients that you should not mix with this?

Hi, I've just purchased the retinol reface, first time using a retinol. I'm just a tiny bit confused about how to use this. Not sure if it's a serum or moisturizer??
Would I use straight after cleanse at night and then any serums after then my moisturizer?? Or cleanse, serum, retinol then moisturize?? Also would you put eye cream before or after it too??

I tried the cream last night. Of course it's too early for results but I've noticed something. I have a normal skin type. I know from other reviews that after using it you might need a night cream cause it may make your face dry. After applying it my face didn't feel dry so I didn't use any cream. This morning my face was quite oily. I am not complaining, better oily than dry, but just wondering, is this good, bad or indifferent? It feels nice anyway.

Seems to be working really quickly!
I just started using Retinol Reface, and so far it seems to be working really quickly! It's like my skin is clearing out, old damaged cells are disappearing, and the deep wrinkles on my forehead are smoothing out! No irritation, whatsoever!
But I'm confused about which order to use Retinol Reface and Hydraluron serum. Which should I apply first? I've been putting Hydralon serum on AFTER retinol, based on the comment above which recommends night cream application after retinol – but my skin seems tighter (like a dry tight), even though it didn't feel that way after applying the retinol. Should I switch the order of application?

This stuff is a miracle
I was buying this at the drugstore for a couple of years when all of a sudden it disappeared! I searched for months online but couldn't find it, and heard it was discontinued. I tried so many other retinol products during that time, some very expensive ones even, but they all left my skin irritated and worse off. I was so relieved when, on a whim, I googled it a week ago and found it here! This is absolutely indispensable. I have cystic acne and skin that has been wrinkly, shiny, and rough since I hit puberty. This stuff is a miracle. It makes my skin firmer, smoother, and keeps my acne under control without irritating it. I use one or two pumps every night or, when my skin gets sensitive (especially in the winter or if I haven't used the product in awhile) 2-3x per week. It moisturizes while it does it's work, so I can usually skip the CeraVe on retinol nights unless I'm really dry.

Thanks for making this one indeed. Before I was using an hydroxypinacolone retionate retinol emulsion from a different company and it felt great but the retinol in it was too low to do anything for me. This one is much better because of the high retinol and the ingredients make it very soothing and smooth going on! Especially love the way this has made my under eye area look.

This product has made a subtle but definitely noticeable difference to my skin. It won't fully make wrinkles vanish, but gives the skin a smoother, plumper and more hydrated appearance, more so than what even the high end expensive moisturizers claim to do. Noticed a massive improvement!
I noticed a massive improvement after one application. This is my first time using a retinol product, but I have spent a lot of time researching, before trying it out. I thought I would share with others. Someone suggested a jar packaging below. Although I do agree that it would be nice to have a jar, retinol reface contains active ingredidients that degrade rapidly when exposed to oxygen. Not to mention jar products are easily contaminated with bacteria. Although it may not seem ideal, air tight packaging for beauty products is just as important as keeping your food stored correctly, or your probiotics refrigerated etc. If you are considering using this product, I highly suggest doing your research or Seek professional advice first. Everyone has different skin and it will react differently. Its also worth mentioning that everyone's tolerance to this product will also vary. Kind of like chilli. Some people love the extra hot vindaloo's and have no side effects, but others can only handle mild. I thought it was important to share with others because I don't believe it's fair that people write negative reviews about a product without fully understanding what they are using. Before buying, know the risks, and know that regardless of anyone else's experience with this product, there is no guarantee that it will work for you. Trial and error guys and gals. I do hope this helps and hope others enjoy the product as much as I have.
